Orders

 

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payments

 

All prices are listed in AUD. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment providers to process all transactions, and we do not store your payment details.

Shipping

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We offer $15 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, or free shipping on orders over $99. Delivery times vary depending on location, with most orders arriving within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided.

Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved and received.
