Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via Standard Shipping with Australia Post.

Shipping is a $15 flat rate, or free for orders over $99.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. While we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or for lost or stolen parcels, we will always do our best to assist where possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
